Job summary

Kailash Devbuild India is seeking an experienced Erection Engineer to supervise and coordinate tower erection activities for EHV power transmission line projects. The role requires hands-on field leadership at project sites and strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

You will supervise tower assembly, coordinate foundations, alignment, and erection work, and ensure timely execution with site teams, contractors, and project staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in transmission tower erection and EHV line projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transmission tower assembly and erection as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate tower foundation readiness, stub setting, alignment, and erection activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and project teams for timely execution.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, and material availability.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate stringing activities with the concerned project team, wherever required.
• Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow site safety requirements.
• Report site issues, delays, and technical discrepancies to the project management team.
