Job summary

InCred Money in Mumbai looks for an Equity Dealer (ED) with 4+ years of buy-side experience in mutual funds or equity markets. You will execute trades, develop ideas, and manage risk under the Head - Equity.

You will monitor market developments, coordinate with back-office teams, and support research while maintaining strict adherence to investment policies and compliance. This role requires strong networking with brokers and proactive portfolio support.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with 4+ years in trading equities and related instruments.
• Experience in dealing securities in cash and derivatives.
• Certified in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash & NISM Cash and Derivatives modules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of trades received from Fund Managers.
• Identify potential trading strategies using technical and derivative indicators to manage market impact and risk.
• Active management of trades to achieve targets.
• Track cash position and compliance with internal investment policies.
• Maintain quality of market deals, manage market impact and minimize risks.
• Allocate business and commissions to brokers equitably per targets.
• Prevent trading errors, near errors and coordinate with back office for execution.
• Support research functions.
• Provide regular updates to the fund manager about market changes and portfolio adjustments.
• Collect feedback from Fund Manager and analyst to ensure consistent dealing operations.
• Maintain information network with brokers.
• Attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls.
• Stay updated on market news, trends and current affairs.
• Attend analyst and company meetings, investor presentations and results calls.

Experience: Buy side dealing experience of 4+ years in Mutual Funds / Equity markets

Job Title: Equity Dealer (ED)

Reporting to: Head - Equity

Description of Role & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective execution of trades received from Fund Managers

2. Identify potential trading strategies on back of technical & Derivative indicators and offer ideas to manage market impact and risk

3. To ensure active management of trades & achieve the targets

4. Track the funds cash position and other compliance issues related to equity dealing. Keep a check on limits to comply with internal investment policies

5. Maintain quality of market deals by managing market impact and minimizing risks associated

6. Allocate business and commissions to various brokers equitably and according to the target

7. Prevent trading errors, near errors and timely confirm trades and coordinate with back office for execution and processing

8. Support research function

9. Provide regular updates to the fund manager regarding the market changes and subsequent changes to the portfolio

10. Take regular feedback from Fund Manager and analyst to ensure uniform and accurate dealing operations

11. Maintain information network with brokers

12. To attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated

13. Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs

14. Track and attend analyst and company meetings, investor presentations, result calls

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 4+ years of experience in trading Equities and related instruments
• Experience in dealing securities in cash and derivatives segment
• Experience on the client advisory side
• Should be certified in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash & NISM Cash and Derivatives modules.
