Job summary

Allvest Securities Pvt. Ltd. seeks a motivated Dealing desk assistant to support equity and derivatives trading for retail and HNI clients. You will execute orders, monitor markets, and coordinate with RMs, back-office, and clients to ensure timely settlements and accurate records.

The role requires a finance/commerce/economics background, NISM certifications, and familiarity with ODIN/ NOW/ NEST trading platforms. Growth prospects in a regulated environment with learning curve.

Qualifications

• NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) or Series VII (Securities Operations & Risk Management) mandatory.
• Preferred: NISM Series XV – Research Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders in Equity and F&O on NSE/BSE; exposure to commodities/currency an advantage.
• Assist senior dealers with real-time trade execution and market monitoring.
• Ensure timely, error-free order placement, modification, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with clients on confirmations, margins, payouts, and RMS queries.
• Support RMs with trade execution and client servicing requirements.
• Maintain trade records, client logs, and basic MIS/reconciliation.
• Liaise with back-office for settlements and ledger clarifications.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, exchange rules and internal compliance.
• Familiarity with equity markets and derivatives; basic platform knowledge (ODIN/NOW/NEST).

Reports To: Senior Dealer / Head – Dealing

Job Objective:

To support the dealing desk in executing client trades across equity and derivative segments with

accuracy and timeliness, assist in day-to-day trading operations, ensure compliance with

regulatory guidelines, and provide execution support to retail and HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute client orders in Equity and F&O segments through trading terminals (NSE/BSE); exposure to commodities and currency is an added advantage.
• Assist senior dealers in monitoring markets and providing real-time trade execution support.
• Ensure timely and error-free order placement, modification, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with clients regarding order confirmations, margins, payouts, and basic RMS queries.
• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) with trade execution and client servicing requirements.
• Maintain trade records, client-wise logs, and basic MIS/reconciliation as required.
• Liaise with back-office and operations teams for settlements, ledger clarifications, and
• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, and internal compliance processes.
• Basic understanding of equity markets and derivatives (F&O).
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as ODIN, NOW, NEST, or similar terminals.
• Knowledge of NSE/BSE rules and basic SEBI compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under market pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn market analysis and client handling.
• Basic technical analysis knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Mandatory: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) or NISM Series VII (Securities Operations & Risk Management).
• Preferred: Additional NISM certifications (Series XV – Research Analyst) will be an
