Job summary

Delta Capita India is hiring for an experienced Trade Confirmations specialist to oversee OTC equity derivatives confirmations end-to-end from Bengaluru. You will manage daily confirmations, economic affirmations, and interface with front-office, risk, and technology teams in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 5–7 years in structured products, deep knowledge of ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions, and strong communication skills. Candidates with MarkitWire experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in structured products.
• Knowledge of 2002/2006 ISDA Equity & Swap Definitions and terms.
• Good front-to-back knowledge across confirmations drafting space.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing for OTC on Equity Derivatives confirmations.
• Manage daily trade confirmations, economic affirmations, and matching via platforms like Markit Wire.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and global regulatory frameworks.
• Update procedures to align with evolving ISDA definitions and industry standards.
• Act as primary contact for internal audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage, train, and mentor back-office operations analysts/teams.
• Drive workflow automation and system upgrades through UAT.
• Coordinate with front-office, risk, and tech vendors to resolve bottlenecks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing for Over the Counter (OTC) on Equity Derivatives confirmation
• Manage daily trade confirmations, economic affirmations, and matching via platforms like Markit wire.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and global regulatory frameworks.
• Update operational procedures to align with evolving industry standards, such as ISDA definitions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal audits and external regulatory inquiries.
• Manage, train, and mentor back-office operations analysts’/Team members.
• Drive workflow automation and system upgrades through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with front-office traders, risk groups, and technology vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within the structured products space
• Knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions & terms
• Knowledge of key economic (& non-economic) terms within Confirmation documentation
• Good front to back knowledge across Confirmations drafting space
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with OTC Equity Structured Products. Such products include Conditional Variance Swaps, Phoenix Auto calls, Swap Strategies, Worst/Best of Strategies. Covering vanilla and exotic products.
