Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning and related implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in designing business processes, data models, dashboards and KPIs for planning.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead end-to-end planning implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders.
• Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Translate business needs into scalable Oracle EPM configurations and models.
• Define planning models, data forms, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support decision making.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning, implementation lifecycle management, business process design, and stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, drive solution architecture, collaborate with finance and business teams, and deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions that support enterprise-wide financial decision-making.
