Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / EPM Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
• Strong experience with PCM (Profitability and Cost Management).
• Expertise in EPM Architecture and Solution Design.
• Strong understanding of Financial Close and Reconciliation processes.
• Experience with Data Integrations and ERP Integrations such as Oracle ERP/SAP.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules and EPM Configurations.
• Knowledge of Reporting, Compliance, and Financial Processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
