• Support L2/L3 operations and resolve tickets/queries raised by users
• Perform data fix transactions and bug-fixes in the existing code base, prioritized by the customer
• Manage a team of 5-6 members
• Excellent communication and team-player skills
• Availability to work the 3 PM-12 AM IST shift

On-Prem Hyperion Administration skills

• Stop and start services
• Apply patches
• Debug issues in HFM, DRM, Essbase
• Renew certificates (SSL, LDAP, etc.)
