An IT Services and Consulting company is seeking a Mid-Senior Hyperion & EPM Consultant in Hyderabad, India. The role involves performing Hyperion administration tasks, maintaining applications, and providing L2 and L3 support on Oracle EPM Cloud applications. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience with Hyperion and EPM Cloud support, along with scripting skills in PowerShell and Python. This position offers full-time employment with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an On-Prem Hyperion Administrator and EPM Cloud Support.
• Hands-on L2 & L3 support experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Experience with Hyperion components: ESSBASE, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, DRM.
• Knowledge of additional components such as HFR, Calculation Manager, ODI is an added advantage.
• Experience in scripting: PowerShell and Python.
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets/queries raised by users and resolve transaction data fixes.
• Fix bugs in the existing code base as prioritized by the client.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hyperion administration tasks for on‑prem components such as ESSBASE, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, DRM.
• Proactively maintain all applications across production & non‑production environments to ensure availability and resilience.
• Start and stop applications across all environments.
• Apply patches and update certificates (e.g., SSL, LDAP) across applications and environments.
• Handle tickets/queries raised by users and resolve transaction data fixes.
• Fix bugs in the existing code base as prioritized by the client.
• Provide L2 and L3 support on Oracle EPM Cloud applications (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS).
• Apply scripting using PowerShell and Python.
• Use basic Unix/Linux commands.
• Work in rotational shifts: 12 noon–9 pm IST and 6 pm–3 am IST.
