About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM/HFM Specialist to manage infrastructure, application support, performance tuning, security administration, and troubleshooting activities. The role requires strong expertise across Oracle EPM and Hyperion technologies, along with the ability to coordinate with database and infrastructure teams for platform maintenance and application validation.

Job Description

The role focuses on supporting EPM HFM environments, including patching, troubleshooting, minor maintenance releases, security administration, performance analysis, and application configuration. The candidate will analyze EPM logs, services, application configurations, and job execution to identify and resolve performance issues.

The position requires coordination with DBA and infrastructure teams for database patching, performance tuning, OS patching, server reboots, and other maintenance activities. Following platform changes, the HFM team will validate application services and modules to ensure continued availability and proper operation.

The candidate will also support Life Cycle Management (LCM), HFM Task Flow configuration, backup and restore activities, operational scripts, proactive monitoring, and recovery planning. The role includes providing 24/7 support for critical EPM applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform EPM HFM patching, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance upgrades.
• Manage HFM security administration, including user and access additions, modifications, and deletions.
• Conduct HFM application performance analysis and tuning using logs, services, configurations, and job execution data.
• Coordinate with DBA and infrastructure teams for database and OS maintenance activities.
• Support EPM LCM and HFM Task Flow configuration and administration.
• Support application and data backup, restore, and recovery planning.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor enhancements to existing PowerShell and BAT scripts.
• Proactively monitor critical services and provide 24/7 support to maintain application availability.
