Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior EPM architect/lead to drive the development of the ARCS/ARM solution. You will design, configure, integrate data, and test within our EPM ecosystem, anchoring Proof of Concept studies and delivering end-to-end architecture for client projects.

Responsibilities include leading ARCS/ARM development, owning solution delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable financial processes and reporting across Oracle platforms.

Qualifications

• EPM cloud experience with ARCS/ARM implementations.
• Strong architecture and design skills for enterprise FP&A solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Finance/accounting knowledge and report design experience.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration across teams.

This position is responsible for overall development of Account Reconciliation solution (ARCS) i.e. design, configuration, data integration and testing. This position will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. This position will provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives; assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. This position will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.

• Function as applications design architect/Lead for ARCS/ARM application development
• Application Design point of contact- Complete solution Delivery Ownership
• Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on current system
• Collaborate effectively with other groups

Additional Requirements

• EPM Experience 12+ Years
• Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process experience on ARCS/ARM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
• Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
• Sound Knowledge on standard and custom reports
• Good communication Skills
