Job summary

Oracle Hyderabad is seeking an experienced EPM Architect contractor to lead ARCS/ARM development, define scope and sizing, and anchor Proof of Concept initiatives for complex client engagements.

You will collaborate with technical experts across the organization to deliver best‑fit architectural solutions, design and develop features for clients’ business needs, and ensure successful integration with third‑party services. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• EPM experience with 10+ years in enterprise deployments.
• Strong ARCS/ARM and consolidation process knowledge.
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Solid finance/accounting knowledge including GL and sub-ledgers.
• Ability to design reports (standard and custom) and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARCS/ARM development as application design architect.
• Own complete solution delivery for ARCS/ARM projects.
• Propose architectural improvements for current systems.
• Collaborate with multiple groups to anchor projects.

Contractor Role

This position will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. This position will provide best‑fit architectural solutions for new initiatives; assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. This position will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third‑party services, designing and developing complex features for clients’ business needs.

Responsibilities

• Function as application design architect/Lead for ARCS/ARM application development
• Application Design point of contact – complete solution delivery ownership
• Provide solutions to existing architecture design on current system
• Collaborate effectively with other groups

Additional Requirements

• EPM Experience 10+ Years
• Experience in implementation of EPM cloud with strong application development process experience on ARCS/ARM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
• Experience in requirement gathering & solution design
• Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
• Sound knowledge on standard and custom reports
• Good communication skills
