Job summary

Oracle in Chennai is seeking a senior EPM architect to lead ARCS/ARM development, design complex accounting and consolidation solutions, and own end-to-end delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to anchor architecture, data integration, and testing within our EPM platform.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in EPM, hands-on ARCS/ARM, and strong communication to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Qualifications

• EPM Experience 12+ years.
• Experience in EPM cloud implementations with ARCS/ARM and consolidation knowledge.
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge including GL/sub-ledgers.
• Proficient in creating standard and custom reports; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overall development of Account Reconciliation solution (ARCS) i.e. design, configuration, data integration and testing. This position will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. This position will provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives; assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. This position will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.

Additional Requirements

• EPM Experience 12+ Years
• Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process experience on ARCS/ARM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
• Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
• Sound Knowledge on standard and custom reports
• Good communication Skills
