Rippling is seeking an Operations Associate to onboard employees and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local agencies. You’ll design scalable processes to onboard customers into the platform and work cross-functionally to reduce operational burden through automation.
You will help build end-to-end onboarding processes, file with government agencies, and create documentation while collaborating with sales, product, and R&D teams to improve efficiency and compliance.

Rippling is looking for an Operations Associate to onboard employees and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with various federal, state and local agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to become a foundational member of our customer operations team. You’ll help design scalable processes to bring new customers into our platform, while working cross-functionally to minimize the operational burden through software and process automation. It’s a highly cross-functional role which impacts our sales and product teams.
