Job summary

Rippling is seeking a highly organized payroll compliance specialist to support clients by resolving notices and ensuring accurate tax filings. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with agencies and payroll engineering to improve processes and maintain compliance.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience with payroll notices, original and amended returns, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first class service to clients and resolve notices.
• Work with Federal/State agencies on behalf of clients.
• Identify and report system/process gaps to reduce notices.
• Collaborate with Payroll Engineering and update internal systems.
• Handle payroll compliance tasks and related documentation.
• Document processes and contribute to team building.

What you will do

• Provide first class service to our clients.
• Resolve notices for our clients.
• Work with Federal/State agencies on behalf of our clients.
• Identifying and reporting System and/or process gaps that will result in a decrease of notices.
• Work cross functionally with Payroll Engineering.
• Updating internal systems.
