ICF is seeking an experienced senior environmental and social safeguards consultant for India, covering ESIA, ESG, and infrastructure advisory across multiple states. The role involves regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and capacity building with implementing agencies.

The candidate will lead preparation of safeguard documents, engage with regulators and stakeholders, and ensure effective monitoring, grievance handling, and knowledge sharing. Extensive field work and travel are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Master's in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science/Ecology/Social Development/Environmental Management or related.
• Preferred: ESIA/ESG certifications.
• 8–15 years in environmental and social safeguards, ESIA, ESG or infrastructure advisory.
