The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking a Senior Associate to provide day-to-day operational support for DTCC environment management activities. This role focuses on incident handling, service requests, and standard environment operations in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

The position requires 8+ years in infrastructure or application support, with strong incident/change management skills and a willingness to learn middleware and automation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Environment, or Application Support (non-production environments preferred).
• Strong knowledge of incident, request, and change management processes (Jira/ServiceNow).
• Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills; able to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/UAT environments.
• Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring).
• Execute runbook-based activities and health checks.
• Monitor alerts and dashboards; escalate issues as needed.
• Support application teams during testing and deployments.
• Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
• Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

The Senior Associate provides day-to-day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 08+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Environment, or Application Support, preferably supporting non-production environments (Dev, QA, UAT).
• Good understanding of incident, request, and change management processes, with experience using ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Willingness to learn and support middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate across application and infrastructure teams.

Primary Skills

• IBM MQ: Basic knowledge of Queue Managers, Channels, Queues, and MQ connectivity troubleshooting.
• WebSphere / Tomcat: Basic experience in application server monitoring, service restarts, log analysis, and issue troubleshooting.
• QA / Non-Production Environment Support: Experience supporting environment readiness, issue triage, and application validation support.
• Linux / Unix: Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, file systems, process monitoring, and log analysis.
• Exposure to middleware technologies and enterprise application support.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of monitoring tools and operational support processes.
