The candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, deploy and support wireless networks, ensuring robust performance and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Must have skills include Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless, Meraki Wireless, Juniper MIST Wireless, Cisco Catalyst Center, DNA-C, Cisco ISE and Aruba Central (minimum 3 skills).
• Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent).
• Professional Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend
• Excellent communication skills
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective support.
