Job summary

EvoluteIQ is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to build clean, scalable, and production-ready applications. You will lead architecture discussions and define integrations across ERP/CRM systems, data processing, and AI-enabled workflows.

Strong production experience with Python and Java is essential. You will design deployment architectures on AWS/Azure or private clouds, guide implementation teams, and ensure security, reliability, and maintainability across complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years building Enterprise Java based solutions and architectures.
• Experience with Python, HTML5/CSS/JS, and .NET ecosystems.
• Enterprise integration patterns: REST APIs, messaging, events, ETL/data pipelines.
• Design Kubernetes-based deployment architectures on AWS/Azure/private clouds.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer processes, data sources, integrations, infrastructure, security policies and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into complete solution architectures covering application, workflow, data, integration, AI, security and infrastructure.
• Design solutions using EvoluteIQ capabilities such as workflow/BPM, data processing, event processing, APIs/connectors, RPA, business rules, UI/application components and AI.
• Determine what should be implemented within EvoluteIQ, what should integrate with existing customer systems, and where custom extensions are appropriate.
• Design integrations with ERP, CRM, HRMS, ITSM, databases, APIs, messaging platforms, file systems and other enterprise applications.
• Design Kubernetes-based deployment architectures across AWS, Azure, private cloud or customer-managed environments, including databases, storage, networking, WAF, identity, secrets, logging and monitoring.
• Lead customer discovery and architecture discussions; create logical, integration, deployment and security architecture views; guide implementation teams and resolve cross-system technical issues.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to build clean, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience taking Python applications into production, enforcing engineering best practices.

What you’ll do at EvoluteIQ

Key Responsibilities

• Determine what should be implemented within EIQ, what should integrate with existing customer systems, and where custom extensions are appropriate.
• Design integrations with ERP, CRM, HRMS, ITSM, databases, APIs, messaging platforms, file systems and other enterprise applications.
• Design Kubernetes-based deployment architectures across AWS, Azure, private cloud or customer-managed environments, including databases, storage, networking, WAF, identity, secrets, logging and monitoring.
• Lead customer discovery and architecture discussions; create logical, integration, deployment and security architecture views; guide implementation teams and resolve cross-system technical issues.

Generative AI & Agentic AI

Working understanding of LLMs and model selection, prompt design, RAG, embeddings/vector stores, tool/function calling, agents and multi-agent patterns, context management, MCP-style tool integration, guardrails, human-in-the-loop and AI evaluation/monitoring.

What will you bring to the team

• 10+ years of building Enterprise Java based solutions & application architecture; distributed systems and microservices.
• Having technology awareness, exposure across Python, HTML5/CSS/JS frameworks, .NET based systems and architectures.
• Enterprise integration patterns: REST APIs, messaging, events, batch/file integration, ETL/data pipelines and databases – RDBMS, Big Data, Vector DBS & Graph DBs.
• Workflow/BPM, business process orchestration and low-code/ hyper automation concepts.
• AWS/Azure, Kubernetes/containerized deployments, identity/security, HA/DR and observability.
• Strong customer-facing communication, architecture documentation and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs across cost, complexity, scalability, security and maintainability.
