Hitachi Energy Technology Services Private Limited in Bengaluru, India, invites applications for an Enterprise Software Controlling Analyst to drive financial insight, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for our Software business.

In a fast-paced, global finance team, you will partner with Unit Controllers, Project Managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality analysis, support SAP S/4HANA programs, and advance digital transformation in finance.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA or MBA in Finance required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Management Accounting, or related finance functions.
• Strong hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a finance/controlling environment.
• Knowledge of SAP CO integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
• Experience in Project Controlling, Software Controlling, or complex business-finance partnering environments is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate financial insights to stakeholde​rs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and key financial metrics to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with Business Unit Controllers, Operational Unit Controllers, and Project Managers to monitor and improve business performance.
• Prepare management presentations, financial reports, and executive-level analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance reviews for the assigned product group.
• Collaborate with global finance and business teams to evaluate end-to-end financial value streams and identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including solution design, testing, implementation, and process enhancement activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals, provisions, allocations, and result analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, financial governance requirements & a general identity.
• Monitor business risks, revenue trends, profitability drivers and support.

Your Background
