Job Description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Enterprise Sales Associate to source and build a strong pipeline of enterprise companies and pitch Atlys’ solutions. You’ll play a key role in outbound sales efforts—identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and leading product demos to drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Build Pipeline: Identify and source enterprise leads through targeted outbound efforts, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, and industry research.
- Outbound Sales Execution: Build and maintain an outbound list, engage with key stakeholders through emails, calls, and meetings, and nurture relationships to drive conversion.
- Product Pitching & Demos: Develop a deep understanding of Atlys' solutions, tailor product demonstrations to enterprise clients' needs, and address queries effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Define sales targets, analyze conversion data, and refine outreach strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies and refine messaging.
- Market Research & Competitive Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market needs to position Atlys effectively.
- Sales Process & CRM Management: Diligently track interactions, update CRM records, and follow a structured sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
The ideal candidate
- Experience: 1–3 years in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or travel-tech industries.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to execute outbound sales strategies, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Proficient in CRMs, Google Sheets, and sales automation tools.
- Self-Starter & Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet competitive targets.
- Bonus: Prior experience in visas, travel-tech, or fintech sales is a plus.
If you thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and love building relationships that drive business impact, we’d love to hear from you!
