Job description

Job Description:
About Atlys

Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.

Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.

Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to own a critical part of the Atlys growth engine and build product experiences that drive acquisition, activation, referrals and retention.

You’ll define the product direction, understand what makes users convert and come back, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and other teams to build experiments, growth loops, referral and rewards experiences that move key business metrics.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate across product strategy, growth and execution, navigate ambiguity, use data to make sharp decisions, and build product-led experiences that scale across markets and customer segments.

The Job
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for growth, defining priorities across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention based on customer behaviour, business impact and growth opportunities.
  • Build product-led growth loops by identifying opportunities across referrals, rewards, sharing, virality and network effects that drive organic user acquisition and repeat usage.
  • Drive acquisition and conversion through experimentation, funnel optimisation and product improvements across landing experiences, onboarding, activation and core journeys.
  • Build and scale growth programs across referrals, rewards, incentives and lifecycle experiences, using data and experimentation to improve CAC, conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Lead cross-functional execution by partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics and other teams to define growth bets, run experiments, make trade-offs and ship quickly.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll Likely Thrive In This Role If You
  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer technology, fintech, travel, mobility or another high-growth B2C environment.
  • Have strong product judgment and a track record of owning growth-focused product areas across acquisition, activation, referrals, rewards, engagement or retention.
  • Are highly analytical and comfortable using data, experimentation and customer insights to identify growth levers and make product decisions.
  • Understand product-led growth and have experience building loops, incentives, referral programs or experiences that turn users into acquisition channels.
  • Have strong ownership, prioritisation and execution skills, and can work effectively with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.

We hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts. We solve hard problems that happen to touch global travel and government infrastructure.

What You Can Expect

Atlys is built by a small team with outsized ambition, high ownership, and an obsession with doing great work.

Here’s What You Can Expect
  • Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.
  • Comprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up on us.
  • A thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.
  • Lunch, high tea and dinner at the office, so the basics are taken care of while we build together.
  • Learning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools that help you get better at your craft.
  • Relocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.
  • Great tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.
  • An office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.

Our values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the way we work is deliberate. Read them before you apply. If this environment energizes you, you’ll probably thrive here. If it doesn’t, it’s better to know that upfront.
