Atlys in Delhi is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support end-to-end visa application processing. You’ll verify documents, track progress, and coordinate with consulates and internal teams to move cases smoothly from submission to outcome.

This hands-on, on-ground role demands accuracy, ownership and speed in a fast-paced environment. The office-based position runs on a 6-day work week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, travel, immigration or a similar execution-heavy role.
• Highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases without losing accuracy.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable using digital tools, learning new systems and following structured processes.
• Take strong ownership, solve problems quickly and stay reliable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

The Role

We’re looking for a Fulfillment Associate to support the end-to-end processing of visa applications and ensure every case moves smoothly from submission to outcome.

You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, consulates and embassies to verify documents, manage application progress and resolve issues quickly.
