Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Hyderabad seeks an experienced ARCS/EPM consultant to drive reconciliation and reporting initiatives within Finance. The role covers ARCS implementation from design through testing, ensuring alignment with core accounting processes.

Ideal candidate brings strong Hyperion EPM/FCCS expertise, data integration skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with finance teams across the organization. On-site role in Hyderabad with project-based travel possible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPM experience mandatory.
• Strong ARCS knowledge including reconciliation and transaction matching.
• Experience implementing ARCS from design to testing.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, GL and sub-ledgers.
• Proficiency with standard and custom reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARCS implementation from design through testing.
• Gather requirements and design solutions for ARCS projects.
• Configure ARCS modules and perform data integration.
• Develop and validate standard and custom reports.

• EPM Experience 7+ Years
• Sound knowledge on ARCS including Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching
• Experience implementing ARCS from design, configuration, data integration, and testing
• Functional knowledge of Finance/accounting and account reconciliation is a must
• Hyperion Financial Management (FCCS)
• Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
• Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
• Sound Knowledge on standard and custom reports
• Good communication Skills
