Job summary

Careernet is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM/Hyperion consultant to lead end-to-end ARCS and EPM implementation activities for client projects in Hyderabad. You will configure reconciliations, data mappings, and automation rules, and will design integrations with ERP systems and SQL-based sources.

The role requires hands-on experience with ARCS, EPM, Hyperion, and Oracle Fusion, plus strong reporting using RTf templates and SQL scripting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of practical experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion or finance transformation consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Oracle ARCS and EPM implementation activities across discovery, design, configuration, testing and production rollout.
• Configure periods, organizational units, formats, custom attributes, profiles, reconciliations and reconciliation workflows.
• Configure transaction matching types, auto-match rules, transaction loads, suggested matches and exception-handling processes.
• Design and execute integrations for GL, sub-ledger and intercompany data from ERP platforms and SQL-based source systems.
• Develop client-ready reports and deliverables using RTF templates and SQL scripting while supporting solution workshops, presentations and documentation.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service implementations.
• End-to-end implementation experience across Account Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching projects.
• Practical knowledge of reconciliation workflows, aging concepts, adjustments and finance data processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion and other ERP or SQL-based systems with Oracle EPM platforms.

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle Data Management, FDMEE and Data Management solutions.

Education

Any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification; B.E., B.Tech., MBA or MCA preferred.
