Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functioning of the ERP system and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide functional and technical support to end-users across departments.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in the deployment of new ERP modules and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors/developers for maintenance, customization, and enhancements.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the ERP system.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
• Train staff on ERP usage and system best practices.
• Collaborate with departments (HR, Finance, Admissions, etc.) to improve workflows through ERP.
• Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, workflows, and user manuals.
