Job summary

JK Tech is seeking a Senior MDM Architect to shape and deliver enterprise Master Data Management solutions. You will work across business, data, governance, integration and application teams to design how master data is structured, governed, mastered and consumed across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities include defining MDM strategy and roadmap, modeling canonical master data structures, and establishing governance and survivorship patterns.

Qualifications

• Senior MDM Architect with enterprise MDM experience and ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Strong understanding of Golden Records, matching/merging, survivorship and enterprise identifiers.
• Proven experience across multiple source systems and complex data landscapes.

Senior MDM Architect

Were looking for a Senior MDM Architect who can help shape and deliver enterprise Master Data Management solutions not just configure an MDM tool.

You’ll work across business, data, governance, integration, and application teams to design how master data is structured, governed, mastered, and consumed across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Define MDM strategy, architecture, roadmap, and implementation approach.
• Design canonical master data models, including entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, identifiers, and reference data.
• Define Golden Record strategies covering source of truth, matching/merging, survivorship, and enterprise identifiers.
• Analyze source systems and design mappings, crosswalks, and integration patterns.
• Establish data-quality rules, governance standards, stewardship processes, and workflows.
• Design how master data flows between source systems, MDM, data platforms, and downstream applications.
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models and translate them into practical technical designs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data and integration teams, engineering, application teams, and governance teams.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation and help establish reusable MDM patterns and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as an MDM Architect, Enterprise Data Architect, or Solution Architect with significant MDM experience.
• Strong understanding of Golden Records, matching & merging, survivorship, enterprise identifiers, data quality, governance, stewardship, and MDM integration.
• Experience working across multiple enterprise source systems and complex data landscapes.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one master‑data domain such as Customer, Product, Supplier, Organization, or Location.
• Strong data modeling and architecture skills, with the ability to turn business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain and defend complex MDM decisions to both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to walk through a real MDM solution you’ve architected, from the business problem and data model through governance, Golden Record design, and integration.

Nice to Have : Experience with platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, Profisee, Stibo, Ataccama, or similar technologies.

What matters most: strong enterprise MDM architecture, data modeling, governance, and solution-design experience. Tool expertise is a plus, not a requirement.
