The Senior Integration andAutomation Engineer will design, build, and maintain enterprise integrationand automation solutions on Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms.This includes the integration of enterpriseapplications and automation of strategic enterprise business processes andworkflows.The successful candidateshould possess deep expertise in these areas, be passionate, highly motivatedand take great pride in delivering high quality solutions that adhere to industrystandards, best practices, and design patterns.

The essential functions of this position include:

Function as a senior level expert and individual hands‑on developer onstrategic enterprise integration and automation initiatives spanning multipletechnologies and domain areas.Thisincludes hybrid application integration, enterprise workflow automation, APIsand microservices and data integration/ETL. Mentor and assist other, morejunior integration engineers.

Partners with stakeholders andtechnical leads to understand integration and automation requirements.Assist with mapping the requirements to theintegration stack and maintaining a strategy / roadmap for enterprise automationand integration.

Perform complex dataanalysis and profiling for an in-depth understanding of underlying data, datastructures and business use cases to ensure proposed solutions satisfyrequirements.This includes a focus ondata quality and Master Data Management.

Assist with producing referencearchitectures following industry standards, best practices, and designpatterns.Ensure integration solutionsstrictly adhere to the stated architecture.

Assist with implementing, documenting, and disseminatingarchitecture/solution standards,best practices, and design patterns, frameworks, accelerators,templates, components, and common services.Educate others in the use of these assets.

Develop highly secure, dynamicenterprise automation and integration pipelines and flexible APIs thataccommodate various use cases and scenarios, such as real-time event drivenversus scheduled batch, incremental data streams versus large bulk data payloads,etc.

Produce project artifacts including scope/requirements, architecture,technical specifications, testing documentation, system/operations guides, andbusiness continuity/disaster recovery plans.

Lead day-to-day technical execution of enterprise integration andautomation development, coordinating engineering work, resolving blockers,guiding solution design, and ensuring adherence to architecture, codingstandards, and delivery commitments.

Oversee integration and automation releases from planning throughproduction deployment, including test readiness, change approvals, deploymentcoordination, rollback planning, post-release validation, and operationalhandoff in alignment with BOM, OSIT, and OA team practices.

Own complex integration initiatives throughout the solution lifecycle,proactively managing technical risks, cross-team dependencies, deliveryquality, production supportability, and stakeholder communication.

Mentor and coachintegration engineers through hands‑on technical guidance, constructive codeand design reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and support for onboarding andprofessional growth.

Drive consistentengineering practices by promoting reusable integration patterns, peer review,CI/CD automation, technical documentation, and continuous improvement ofdevelopment and deployment processes.

Provide technicalleadership during critical production incidents, coordinating troubleshooting,root cause analysis, corrective actions, and improvements to integrationreliability and observability.

Work with other, more senior members of ITS conducting applicationevaluations where automations and integrations are involved.

Requirements

Strong analysis and critical thinking skills with the ability tomulti-task while maintaining great attention to detail.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including Business, Product,Engineering and Security team members, to assist with influencingapplication/dataflow design for extensible platform architecture.

Possess broad technology knowledge, such as enterprise applications, webcomponents, APIs, data analytics, networking, data storage systems, large-scalesystems, etc.

Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and becomfortable presenting to business stakeholders. Has the ability to communicate complex technicalinformation in a clear and concise manner.

A team player with outstandinginterpersonal and organizational skills, willing to assist with strategy, planning andestimating work .

Independent self-starter who is highlymotivated and driven to success, takes great pride in accomplishments, istransparent and works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and addresscompeting priorities.

Willingness to be on call, 7x24x365(less pre-approved exceptions) and attend to technical issues outside of normalbusiness hours.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience producing enterpriseautomation and integration solutions on industry leading platforms.

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience with SQL, webservices, REST, JSON, SOAP, Ruby.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience with hybrid and multi-cloudplatform architectures and technologies using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

• Experiencewith CI/CD practices, monitoring and observability, and integrationplatform operations to deliver scalable, reliable, and supportablesolutions.
  
• Relevantcertifications are a plus.
  

Experienceworking on application evaluations, assessments and migrations
