Job summary

MANCER Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Enterprise Data & Identity Architect to shape the design and evolution of data, identity, security, and cloud architecture across the organization.

You will build scalable, AI-ready platforms supporting analytics, risk management, and customer-centric solutions. You will lead enterprise data architecture, IAM/CIAM strategies, and cloud-native initiatives, mentoring teams and aligning roadmaps with business leadership while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall technology experience
• 5+ years in Enterprise/Data/Identity/Platform Architecture
• Experience in Banking, BFSI, FinTech, Payments, or large-scale tech environments
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale platform implementations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT; Master’s or certifications advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise data architecture, standards, governance, and modernization strategies
• Architect scalable Data Lake/Lakehouse, data warehouse, MDM, metadata, and data governance solutions
• Define IAM/CIAM architecture including SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, IGA, PAM, and Zero Trust
• Drive cloud-native, API-led, microservices, event-driven and distributed architecture initiatives
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, business and tech leadership to define roadmaps and standards
• Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, regulatory, and risk requirements
• Mentor technology teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Data & Identity Architect to drive the design and evolution of enterprise-scale data, identity, security, and cloud architecture. The role will play a key part in building scalable, secure, AI-ready platforms supporting analytics, digital transformation, risk management, and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise data architecture, standards, governance, and modernization strategies.
• Architect scalable Data Lake/Lakehouse, data warehouse, MDM, metadata, and data governance solutions.
• Define IAM/CIAM architecture, including SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, IGA, PAM, and Zero Trust.
• Drive cloud-native, API-led, microservices, event-driven, and distributed architecture initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall technology experience, with 5+ years in Enterprise/Data/Identity/Platform Architecture.
• Experience in Banking, BFSI, FinTech, Payments, or large-scale technology environments.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, technology transformation, and large-scale platform implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline; Master's degree/certifications are an advantage.
