Job summary

Coforge is seeking an ECM Administrator with 5+ years of IBM FileNet experience to own the FileNet ECM environment end‑to‑end. You will manage installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, while ensuring security, compliance, and reliability.

You will administer users, roles, permissions, monitor health and performance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with OEM support, and document standard operating procedures and knowledge articles for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IBM FileNet ECM Administration.
• Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Engine, and Process Engine.
• Strong experience in administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of FileNet platforms.
• Knowledge of WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss application servers.
• Experience with Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Strong incident management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
