Job summary

Adecco India seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure architectural compliance, enforce standards and regulatory requirements, and lead reviews and risk assessments. Immediate Joiners will be preferred only.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI.
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture / TOGAF exposure.
• Experience in Governance or compliance experience.
• Experience in Architecture reviews/audits participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure architectural compliance and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to architectural standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, audits, and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Promote a culture of governance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the enterprise architecture function.
• Support the evaluation of suitable technology solutions aligned with architecture standards.
• Support the formalization of architecture deliverables such as blueprints, heat maps, and other artifacts.
• Assist in architecture analysis and study efforts, including problem statements, objectives, and areas for improvement.
• Engage stakeholders and contributors, communicating architecture strategies and insights effectively.
• Assist in meeting preparation, organization, and minute-taking to ensure effective communication.
• Support follow-up and tracking of action items to ensure their timely completion.
• Contribute to metrics campaign activities, including organization, process updates, and preparation.
• Collect metrics data, perform quality checks, and ensure consistency for accurate reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of metrics dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making.

Technical Skills, Experience & Qualification required:-

• 7-10 yrs of experience
• Strong understanding of AI
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture / TOGAF exposure
• Experience in Governance or compliance experience
• Experience in Architecture reviews/audits participation
