Job summary

Acuver Consulting is seeking an Enterprise Architect focused on scalable cloud engineering and AI ecosystems. You will own the architectural narrative for enterprise clients, guiding technology roadmaps and strategic IT decisions at the highest level.

You will lead engagements with major accounts, advancing from core engineering to standalone, AI-powered solutions while ensuring governance, QA, and robust deployment practices across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 12 to 20 years of progressive experience building scalable distributed enterprise solutions.
• Deep expertise in modern backend technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven ability to design complex event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and containerized deployments (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience or oversight in building AI application ecosystems leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI concepts.
• Strong QA automation framework knowledge and architecture for testability and resilience.
• Background in retail, supply chain, or e-commerce domains is preferred but optional.

Role Overview

Acuver Consulting is seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect specializing in highly scalable cloud engineering and AI application ecosystems.

This role is pivotal for driving our pure engineering and AI engagements. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology, independently owning the architectural narrative for enterprise clients. As a true Business Architect, you will prioritize strategic IT roadmaps and AI solutions over standard implementation audits, superseding project management to make the final executive technical decisions. You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within major accounts, transitioning them from initial team augmentations into robust, standalone engineering powerhouses.

What you'll do:

• Strategic Architectural Ownership: Stitch together comprehensive Business Architectures that look beyond single applications. Define and dictate long-term technology roadmaps, acting as the final authority on strategic architectural decisions.
• Account Expansion & Client Leadership: Act as the trusted technical face of the account. Expertly handle senior client stakeholders to showcase Acuver's pure engineering capabilities, driving the expansion of engagements into new domains (e.g., custom scalable solutions, AI ecosystems).
• Cloud-Native & Event-Driven Execution: Lead the architecture and design of highly scalable, resilient solutions utilizing microservices, event-driven choreography, and modern backend frameworks.
• AI Ecosystem Development: Architect and integrate advanced AI ecosystems into enterprise tech stacks. Champion the adoption of modern AI paradigms, focusing on strategic Agentic AI solutions to drive intelligent business rules and automation.
• Technical Governance & Quality: Establish rigorous governance protocols. Oversee end-to-end quality by embedding comprehensive QA automation expertise into the CI/CD pipeline and deployment lifecycle.

What you'll need:

• Advanced Engineering Mastery: 12 to 20 years of progressive experience building highly scalable, distributed enterprise solutions.
• Cloud & Microservices Architecture: Deep expertise in modern backend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proven ability to design complex event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and containerized deployments (Kubernetes).
• AI Application Expertise: Strong hands-on experience or architectural oversight in building AI application ecosystems, leveraging LLMs, and applying Agentic AI concepts to solve complex enterprise problems.
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Deep understanding of QA automation frameworks and how to architect systems for maximum testability and resilience.
• Domain Knowledge (Sterling is Optional): Strong background in retail, supply chain, or e-commerce domains is highly preferred. Note: While knowledge of Order Management Systems (like IBM Sterling) is a bonus, it is strictly optional for this role.
• Exceptional Client Authority: Demonstrated ability to independently handle large enterprise customers, influence executive stakeholders, and build consensus without relying on heavy management oversight.
