Job summary

Wipro is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to drive Agile enablement across client accounts. You will facilitate, mentor, coach and train teams to achieve a sustainable Agile maturity model.

The role requires a seasoned Agile practitioner with experience in account-level Agile enablement, guiding large or small accounts through transformation programs and collaborating with delivery leaders to embed Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Experience leading large or multiple teams.
• Strong vendor coordination and executive communication skills.
• Proficient in SAFe, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in engineering program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Designs organisation strategies to support Agile enablement.
• Enables Agile transformation in accounts.
• Coaches teams to ensure Agile adoption.
• Guides Scrum teams and Delivery leaders on Agile practices.
• Represents Wipro in internal and external forums.
• Supports GTM strategy.
• Handles RFP responses for the account.
• Disassociates from the account after transformation.
• Readies Agile Coaches within the account delivery organisation.
• Ensures teams reach minimum maturity within 3 months and transformation over 12-15 months.

You are required to be an experienced Agile practitioner who has gone through the process of Agile enablement at the account level.

Do

• Responsible for Agile enablement across the organisation | Designs organisations strategies to support the same
• Responsible for enabling Agile transformation in large/small accounts
• Designs overall strategy roadmap of Agile Adoption in the account based on Agile readiness
• Coaches the team to ensure Agile adoption
• Ensures teams reach minimum maturity over 3 months | Works with other Enterprise Agile Coaches to ensure account level transformation over 12-15 months
• Provides inputs during the appraisal process for the team members / Scrum Masters / Senior Scrum Masters/ Agile Coaches as appropriate
• Coaches Scrum teams and Delivery leaders on the Scrum model / Agile Way of Working
• Readies Agile Coaches from within the account delivery organisation
• Disassociates from the account once transformation is complete
• Handle RFP responses for the account | Supports BU GTM strategy
• Represent Wipro in internal and external forum

Required Experience & Skills
