Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and provide medical treatment for illnesses and injuries.
• Refer to patient history, diagnose, treat, counsel and refer when needed.
• Order and interpret lab tests.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality.
• Collect and record sensitive patient information such as exam results and medical history.
• Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions.
• Perform major surgeries (planned and emergency) and minor procedures.
• Explain procedures or treatments to patients.
• Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promote health education with other health professionals.
• Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medications.
• Teach as per timetable and assess trainees.
• Supervise junior doctors and faculty to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state and Govt statutes.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and suggest improvements.
• Assist senior leadership in identifying and resolving workplace issues

Job Description:

• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries
• Responding to patients medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
• Ordering lab tests and interpreting the test results.
• Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to hospital policies and procedures
• Performing major surgery both planned, emergency and minor surgeries.
• Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promoting health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Keeping up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
• Teaching as per the timetable, and observing and assessing the work of trainee doctors and medical students.
• Supervise junior doctors / faculty members to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Prescribe medication in accordance with state and Govt statutes.
