The role also involves maintaining accurate records of learner performance, collaborating with the academic team on curriculum updates, and supporting learners with guidance on study strategies and confidence-building.

Qualifications

• Strong English language proficiency with the ability to train learners in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
• Experience in teaching or coaching for English proficiency exams (IELTS, PTE, OET) or similar standardized tests.
• Ability to design structured lesson plans, learning materials, and practice activities for online delivery.
• Comfort with virtual teaching platforms, digital content, and basic computer skills for remote instruction.
• Effective classroom and time management skills, with the ability to handle diverse learner levels and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
• Relevant academic background in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field; professional teaching certifications (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) are an advantage.
