Language Lab by Ambition Guru seeks a dynamic content leader to design and deliver the overall English-language learning content framework. You will work with language assistants, mentors, and the product team to ensure high-quality speaking practice and engaging experiences.

The role focuses on planning live sessions, developing conversation flows, and aligning content with learning objectives. This position is Kathmandu-based, with employment facilitated through our India branch.

Competenze

• Masters in Education, English, Communications, or related field.
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or other English-language teaching certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to analyse learner performance and translate feedback into actionable learning improvements.
• Strong understanding of English-language learning methodologies and proficiency-level frameworks.
• Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Experience in teaching or training; EdTech experience is a plus.
• Passion for helping people learn and speak English confidently.
• Self-driven, reliable, and organized.

Learners move from silent to confident speakers more quickly than with traditional grammar-heavy or purely gamified solutions. Daily sessions, real-world roleplays, and natural pronunciation via voice cloning support authentic conversation practice. Personalized feedback from AI and mentors enables users to build real-world communication skills and lasting confidence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, English-proficient professional to lead the design, planning, and delivery overall content framework to work from our Nepal-based office. The ideal candidate will work closely with language assistants, mentors, and the product team to ensure learners receive high-quality, engaging, and effective English language learning and speaking practice.

Content and Curriculum Development

• Create and manage structured “English language learning frameworks” that ensure smooth learner progression across different levels.
• Plan and maintain a calendar of engaging discussion topics for live speaking practice sessions.
• Design conversation flows, role-play scenarios, and practical speaking activitiesthat match user proficiency levels.
• Ensure all learning content aligns with appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and learning objectives defined by the platform.

Quality Assurance & Session Review

• Review session or summaries to evaluate quality, user engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular check-ins with learners and mentors to gather actionable feedback and insights.
• Prepare performance reportsand recommend continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure that all sessions maintain standards of quality, safety, and learner engagement .

Coordination & Planning

• Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of content into the platform.
• Make sure all live sessions are planned, scheduled, and updated accurately inside the system.
• Maintain a clear calendar of learning activities and oversee smooth session execution and logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Masters in Education, English, Communication, or related field
• ELT (English Language Teaching), TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other relevant English language teaching certifications will be an added advantage.
• Ability to analyse learner performance and translate feedback into actionable learning improvements.

Location & Relocation Requirement

This position is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Although employment will be facilitated through our branch company in India, the selected candidate must work from our Kathmandu office.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Kathmandu, Nepal, if currently based elsewhere.
