Role Description The English Tutor at Speakify Academy LLP will deliver engaging, learner-centered English language sessions, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. The tutor will also support learners in building confidence for real-world communication, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and collaborate with the team to improve teaching materials and activities. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kozhikode, requiring consistent in‑person interaction with learners and colleagues.
Qualifications

• Ability to deliver effective English Teaching and Tutoring, with experience facilitating individual and group sessions.
• Skills in English Grammar and clear Communication to explain concepts and guide learners in practical usage.
• Comfort with Online Tutoring platforms and digital tools, as needed for blended or supplementary instruction.
• Strong classroom management, learner engagement, and mentoring abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Prior experience as an English tutor or teacher in academic or coaching center settings is highly beneficial.
