Pharmizza Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, India, is hiring a skilled full-stack developer to lead AI-enhanced health-tech web apps built on the MERN stack with TypeScript and modern deployment practices.

You will design secure REST/GraphQL APIs, implement real-time features, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and data science teams, and own reliability and scalable performance in production on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development of AI-powered health-tech apps.
• Proficiency with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) and TypeScript.
• Experience designing secure REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time features.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development of AI-enhanced clinical and pharmacy web apps using MERN stack and TypeScript.
• Design secure REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time features for workflows.
• Integrate generative AI modules (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) into core applications.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce CI/CD and testing.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to productionize AI features.
• Own system reliability: performance tuning, monitoring, and cloud deployment on Kubernetes or serverless.

About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development of AI-enhanced clinical and pharmacy web apps using MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement secure, low-latency REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time features (WebSockets, notifications) for patient and provider workflows.
• Integrate generative AI modules (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) into core applications for automated documentation, symptom triage, and drug interaction alerts.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce scalable architecture, test coverage, and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate AI research into production-grade features with measurable impact.
• Own system reliability: performance tuning, error monitoring (Sentry, Datadog), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) on Kubernetes or serverless.
