Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer drawings and prepare BOM, PFC, QP, and related documents.
• Plan and finalize manufacturing processes for new product development.
• Support sample development, testing, validation, and APQP documentation release.
• Identify CTQ parameters, risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate PPAP activities and ensure project deliverables.
• Support RFQ preparation including BOM calculation, process estimation, and assumptions.
