Job summary

Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Connaught Place in New Delhi is seeking a Building & Engineering Supervisor to ensure our properties deliver memorable experiences. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage a team, and drive initiatives to improve guest comfort and property standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and guest-service orientation, capable of budgeting and coordinating with stakeholders to meet hotel targets and sustainability goals.

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
• Delivers on plans and objectives where property maintenance initiatives & hotel targets are achieved - Manages the maintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Delivers an effective planned preventative maintenance programme addressing maintenance, environmental and conservation matters
