• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure and improve departmental and company-wide operational performance.

You will work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a large team (100+), mentor, and lead overall operations by providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product/service quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Years of Experience - Overall 18+ Years experience with 12+ years in leading technical publication teams (spare parts catalog).
• Education - bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• In depth knowledge of spare parts catalog and service manual would be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successfully leading larger teams and implementing process improvements.
• Tools & Techniques - Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management with Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Information:
