Job summary

FDC in Goa, India seeks a shift-based plant maintenance professional to oversee overall plant operations, coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, and ensure smooth utility systems under GMP/GEP guidelines.

Key duties include SAP-based breakdown notifications, logs review for utility and service floors, water system sanitization, and adherence to safety standards to maintain continuous, compliant operations.

• Maintenance of plant and operations in shifts
• Preventive maintenance of process area equipment
• Breakdown maintenance and SAP notification tracking
• Review logs for utility water system and service floor during shifts
• Ensure HVAC and process utilities are maintained
• Perform water sanitization as per frequency
• Adhere to GMP and GEP procedures and safety policies

Job description

• Accountable for the overall maintenance of the plant and operations in shifts.
• Handling Breakdown maintenance of Equipments such as Compression machine, RMG, FBD, Coating, Capsule, Blister pack, cartonator,
• Performing preventive maintenance activity of process area equipments as per the schedule / allotment.
• Reviewing the logs of utility area, water system and the service floor area, during IInd and IIIrd shift.
• Ensuring the utilities are maintained consistently for HVAC and process area.
• Raised breakdown notification in SAP to be attended and closed with appropriate work done remarks.
• Performing purified water system sanitization activity as per frequency.
• Completion of overhauling, breakdown jobs in time.
• Handling the shift personnel’s with proper work allotment during shift.
• EMS, water system alarms review and appropriate actions to be taken with respect to SOP.
• Handling deviation if any during shift operation through EQMS.
• Breakdown time analysis to be justified in system and report it during handover.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance activity as per schedule.
• Executing the works as per GMP and GEP procedures.
• Ensuring the safety is been followed at work place.
