This Engineering Program Manager (EPM) role will be responsible to lead primarily HW New Product Introduction (NPI) Programs within Campus and Branch program mgmt team leading switching products. EPM will lead a cross-functional team across multiple functions like HW, SW, Test, PLM, Manufacturing, Technical publications, customer service etc. driving all the deliverables within the NPI Product Life Cycle from concept to production delivery (first revenue shipment). Will be also required to lead SW NPI programs.
