Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.

Accountabilities

• Lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture to achieve project goals and meet organizational objectives.
• Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.
• Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Deep expertise in Salesforce integration, including ETL processes, API development with authentication, and asynchronous patterns such as event‑driven architectures.
• Well‑versed in Salesforce architecture principles, platform capabilities, emerging features, and best practices for maximizing out‑of‑the‑box functionality, reducing technical debt, and accelerating business value delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce DevOps practices, including Second‑Generation Packaging (2GP), automated CI/CD pipelines, and version‑controlled deployments across environments.
• Expertise in applying Salesforce design patterns (separation of concerns, modular architecture, scalable component‑based development) to ensure maintainable and efficient solutions.
• Strong in Salesforce data architecture, configuration using Flows, and customization through Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio to deliver complex and tailored business solutions.
• Proficient in designing and managing scalable Salesforce data models, ensuring data integrity, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Ability to assess key critical skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital technology, as well as job‑specific technical skills.
