Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Engineering Manager V&V to lead verification and validation for cloud-based and web applications in Bengaluru. This on-site role reports to the Engineering Manager within the Digital Solutions team.

You will define verification strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and drive quality throughout the product lifecycle, aligning with continuous improvement and regulatory standards.

The Engineering Manager V&V is responsible to lead the verification and validation engineering function for cloud-based and web applications. This role combines people leadership, technical leadership, and ownership of software quality across the product lifecycle.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Digital solutions team supporting in Acute care diagnostics located in Bengaluru and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define and execute the overall verification and test automation strategy.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale automated testing frameworks using C# and .NET.
• Lead implementation of UI, API, integration, regression, performance, and cloud validation automation.
• Develop and maintain automated validation for cloud-hosted applications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing verification team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 10+ years of software verification and automation experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks using C#, .NET, Playwright/Selenium, API automation, and BDD frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience verifying cloud‑native application architectures, preferably Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, continuous testing, automated deployment validation, and quality gates integrated into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Expertise in performance testing, security validation, vulnerability verification, observability, monitoring, root cause analysis, and production issue investigation for cloud applications.
• Ability to define verification strategies, lead quality initiatives, implement risk‑based testing, ensure requirements traceability, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory quality standards.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare and Medical Devices is an added advantage.
• Experience with IoT or connected‑device ecosystems is an advantage
