This exciting role offers opportunity to: The Manger Enterprise Software will be responsible for on time and quality delivery of Software applications (Yukon, IMS) which include the interconnectivity of embedded devices, client frontend web application along with backend services. The incumbant needs to work closely with global teams, third parties, software developers, and embedded teams to drive integrated product development Utility solutions in an agile development environment. As a Manager Enterprise Software, strong analytical and technical skills required which will directly impact the delivery of the software we create. Person need to work in an agile environment where each iteration reach the next level. Person need to have people management and development experience.

• Lead overall Engineering execution for Yukon, IMS, BUC Software
• Leading a team to develop Enterprise solution to support Utilities for on-premise and cloud applications
• Leading a team of Full stack, UI developers to develop a customer-centric product offerings.
• Developing strategy for effective execution to enable efficient delivery of planned releases for the software’s.
• Manage and oversee complex programs and projects, on scope, on quality, on time and within budget.
• Engineering manager is responsible for driving product development with software engineering principles.
• Hiring and developing new talent and growing the organization's capabilities and capacity in the Enterprise Software.
• Developing and growing existing talents to further their career, scope, and influence across the company.
• Working of modernization proposal to bring business values in existing and new products.
• Works hand-in-hand with the software development teams, product managers, product owners, program managers, to stay up to date with business direction and strategy.
• Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies, SAFe, across the Utilities software

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering from accredited institution

Desired: Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Electronics & Telecomm Engineering from accredited institution

• Minimum experience of 10 years in software development.

• Experience in Talent Management (Hiring, Retention, Succession Planning and talent development)
• Experience utilizing best practices in software engineering.
• Experience on agile.
• Experience in AI in SDLC
• Experience in developing complex enterprise software.
• Experience as a full stack developer in Java, C#, React, jquery.
• Strong code reviewing and debugging skills.
• Proficient understanding of Source Control software and Code Collaboration tools (Git, etc.); experience with Issue and Project Tracking software (JIRA, etc.).
• Abreast of upcoming software development/engineering tools, trends, and methodologies.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary and multi-regional team
• Experience with DevOps using Github CI/CD pipelinea
• Good understanding of program management concepts
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts, principles, and solutions
• Possess a good sense of diplomacy and respect for colleagues
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and time management skills
