MINDTEL is seeking an Engineering Manager – .NET in Pune, India to lead enterprise application engineering groups. The role focuses on hands-on .NET/C# development, SQL Server ecosystems, and AWS cloud adoption, with strong emphasis on delivery governance and architecture leadership.

The candidate will guide multiple concurrent projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams and delivery governance.
• Strong hands-on C#/.NET and enterprise app development.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS for data-heavy apps.
• Experience guiding SDLC processes and cloud adoption (AWS).

• Lead and manage engineering teams delivering C#/.NET enterprise applications.
• Drive application architecture, development standards, code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership across .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS environments.
• Own application delivery, project execution, and SDLC governance.
• Establish engineering best practices, review processes, and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, mentoring, hiring, capability development, and resource planning.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive cloud adoption, modernization, and deployment of applications on AWS.
• Identify technical risks and ensure timely resolution of delivery and production issues.

Must-Have Skills
