Job summary

• Proven track record of leading large development teams (15+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong architectural and design skills ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Experience with AWS or Azure serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SNS/SQS).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and integrating them into workflows.

Qualifications of the Manager, Engineering

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large development teams (15+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong architectural and design understanding, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• AWS or Azure experience, including serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SNS & SQS)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and ability to integrate them into team workflows

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Manager, Engineering

• Deep expertise in .NET technologies, including .NET Core, C# and SaaS application development
• Experience with front-end technologies, including CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React S
• Sound knowledge of database management systems, with hands-on experience in SQL Server
• Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools
• Familiarity with additional infrastructure and services such as New Relic and Microservices Architecture
