As part of this team, you’ll work at the intersection of creativity and technology — building end-to-end experiences, experimenting with emerging tech, and shaping the future of entertainment content. **Key responsibilities:*** Lead and scale the GenAI engineering team, responsible for developing and delivering high-quality features for AI content production* Partner closely with Product, and Data Science teams to define and drive and deliver the tech roadmap items* Design backend systems that scale across multiple frontier models* Champion engineering excellence across observability, performance tuning, cost efficiency, and resilience engineering.* Foster a high-ownership engineering culture focused on data-driven decision making, experimentation velocity, and customer-first thinking.* Create effective mechanisms to set goals for the team, create execution plans and track progress against those.
