Job summary

Mount Talent Consulting in Pune seeks an AI/ML Engineering Lead/Technical Architect to define and build enterprise-wide AI capabilities. You will lead a team of engineers and data scientists, shaping strategy, architecture, and execution of AI initiatives.

You will drive scalable ML systems, mentor top talent, and advance MLOps practices while collaborating with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and select the right technologies and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership focused on AI/ML.
• Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Strong experience in designing and building large-scale AI/ML systems in a cloud environment.
• Expertise in MLOps, model deployment, and continuous monitoring.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap and technical architecture for AI/ML across the organization.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable machine learning models and AI systems.
