Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or Revit.
• Familiarity with SAP for BOM management and document control.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and internal quality standards.
• Monitor team performance, establish objectives, and conduct reviews.
• Provide strategic technical input and guide key design decisions.
• Oversee engineering change management and document control in systems such as SAP.
• Communicate project progress and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or Revit.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, for BOM management and document control.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience working with manufacturing processes and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to review, challenge, and approve technical work, even when not directly involved in day-to-day design activities.
• Familiarity with global engineering standards and best practices.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
